Located in a quiet and pleasant area, Value Stay Brussels Expo is only a few steps away from the Heysel Palaces. You will find the exhibition halls, the Atomium, the new concert hall "Palace 12" and the "King Baudouin Stadium".

For a trip to Brussels center by metro, you will find the stop less than 2km from hotel.

All our rooms are equipped with free internet, TV, private bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, towels and sheets. Some rooms have a mini fridge.

Less than 1km away are the exits of highways A12 and E19. At 15km from Value Stay Brussels Expo is the National Brussels Airport.
If you come by car, you can reserve a parking space in our garage.

Hotel's reception hours :

Payment : 

A payment before arrival is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bancontact and payment by bank transfer. Your reservation can easily be paid online via our website.

The credit card used to pay for the reservation must be presented at the reception for verification. If the owner of the card does not travel with us, we ask you to fill in an authorization form (to be requested before arrival).

Check in :

Rooms are ready as of 4 p.m. Depending on the schedule, the Resident Manager is available for check-in.

Please inform us when you arrive after 8:00 pm. In this situation or when the Resident Manager is absent, the Express Check-in procedure will be used. We will inform you via email and send you your access code.

Early check-in is possibly possible from 11.00 am, subject to an extra charge of €25 and according to availability. This option must be booked and paid for in advance.
Upon your arrival we ask for a valid identity card or passport and credit card.

Check-out : 

Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please leave your key in the check-out box or at the reception.
A late check-out can be requested until 1 p.m. with a supplement of €15 and according to availability.

Cancellation :

We use the cancellation procedure, according to your chosen rate. All cancellations must be requested by email or through customer service on the website you used to book.

Room cleaning service :

We work with an outside cleaning company. Bed linen and bath towels are provided upon arrival.
If these need to be changed, this is on request by the customer and at an additional cost.
Please reserve and pay for this option in advance.

Internet:

Free for our customers.
The code for the wireless internet is available at the front desk or in your check-in envelope.

Non-smoking :

At Value Stay Brussels Expo, smoking is prohibited. Both in the rooms and in the public areas.
Please consider the guests that will occupy the room after you.
In Belgium, it is forbidden by law to smoke in hotels. If this law is exceeded, Value Stay may charge a supplement.

Children :

Children are allowed when accompanied by an adult. A cot is available for €7 per night (max. 1 bed per room and up to 3 years old).

Buffet Breakfast :

The continental breakfast buffet is open from 7 am to 10 am.
Price for breakfast is €15 per person per breakfast.

Pets :

Pets are welcome at Value Stay Brussels Expo.
We accept a maximum of 1 animal in the room, subject to a supplement of €10 per night .

Parking :

We have a private underground parking. According to availability, you can reserve a parking space for €12 per night.
