If you are arriving this weekend, take note that we are working with a self-check-in procedure. 

On Saturdays evening, Sundays, Bank holidays and if you arrive later than 8 pm, please use the information on the “Check in instructions” that your received before your arrival on your mail box.

1.    For our In-House clients

You can reach the Resident Manager on his mobile phone or directly at the reception during the opening hours.

 

2.    Bookings

All individual reservations should be done online. Best prices & availability on www.valuestay.be. You will manage the room type you desire, services, option until the payment.

For group requests (10+ rooms), please send your request to our Value Stay Host on bookings@value-stay.be.

Mon – Fri: 9 am – 5 pm                     Saturday-Sunday-Belgian Bank Holidays: Closed

 

3.    Payment

You should pay for your room before you arrive. We accept Visa, Mastercard and bank transfers. All payments can be made via our website.

An unpaid reservation may be cancelled without notice at any time.

Please note that the credit card used at the time of booking must be presented at check-in. If the owner of the credit card does not travel, he / she must sign an authorization form (to be requested before arrival).

 

4.    Check in

The rooms are ready from 4pm. Depending on his schedule the Resident Manager will be at your disposal for your check in.

If you arrive after 8 pm or when the residence operates with an automatic check in, please let us know by email and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.

The rooms can be prepared for 11 am at an extra charge of € 20 and subject to availability.

You must show a valid photo ID or passport upon check in. We will also ask to show the credit card used to make the payment.

 

5.    Check out

You must leave the room for 10am on the day of departure.

Late check-out can be arranged according to availability: for 1 pm: € 20.

If you wish to extend your stay, we invite you to do so online.

 

6.    Cancellation

We will apply the cancellation policy according to the price you have chosen. All cancellation requests must be made by e-mail.

For a change of dates for a non-refundable rate, a supplement of € 35 will be charged for the administrative expenses and the price per night will be automatically adjusted on the new stay. This condition is subject to availability.

 

7. Administration – Accounting

We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm at accounting@value-stay.be.
