Value Stay Bruges is a pleasant motel-style residence in the Sint-Michiels district of Bruges and at 5 km from the romantic “City Center” of Bruges.

Value Stay Bruges offers functional accommodation and free Wi-Fi equipped with TV cable, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a hairdryer. It benefits from on-site private parking free of charge and a spacious garden. Breakfast is served on site.

The train station is at 3 km from the Value Stay Bruges and we are at 900 m from the Express Way. A bus stop just in front of the Residence will bring you to all places.

Reception opening hours 

Payment

A payment before arrival is required. We accept Visa, Mastercard and payment by bank transfer.

The credit card used to pay for the reservation must be presented at the reception for checking. If the owner of the card does not travel with us, we ask you to fill in an authorization form (to be requested before arrival).

Check-in

The rooms are ready as of 4 p.m. Depending on the schedule, the Resident Manager is available for check-in.

Please inform us when you arrive after 8:00 pm. In this situation or when the Resident Manager is absent, the Express Check-in procedure will be used. We will inform you about the procedure to follow via email.
Early check-in is possible from 11.00 am, subject to an extra charge of €25 and according to availability.

During your arrival we ask for a valid identity card or passport.

Check-out

Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. the day of departure.

A late check-out can be requested until 1 p.m. subject to a surcharge of €15 and according to availability.

If you wish to extend your stay, we invite you to do so online.

Cancellation

We use the cancellation procedure, according to your chosen rate. All cancellations must be requested by email.

When changing dates at a non-refundable rate, a supplement of €35 administrative cost will be charged. The price per night will be adjusted to the rate valid for the chosen dates. All requests are subject to availability.

Cleaning service

Sheets and bath towels are provided in the room upon the customer's arrival.
If these need to be changed, this is at the client's request and at an additional cost.
Please reserve and pay for this option in advance.

Internet

Free for our customers. A code for the wireless internet is available at the reception desk.

Smoking is prohibited in Value Stay Bruges

Children

Children are allowed under adult supervision. A cot is available for €7 per night (max. 1 bed per room).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily between 7:30am and 9:30am.

Rate for breakfast is €15 per person per day. It must be reserved in advance.
Children aged 0 to 6 eat free, but must still reserve.
Children from 7 to 12 years pay €6 per person per day, to be reserved in advance.

• A17 road (Belgium) European route E403 to Kortrijk and Tournai
• N31 road (Belgium) European route E403 to Zeebrugge
• N49 road (Belgium) European route E34 to Antwerp

 Train:    

• 19 minutes from the Value Stay Bruges with public transport to the train station

Airport:

• The national Brussels Airport, one hour away by train or car, offers the best connections.
• The nearest airport is the Ostend-Bruges International Airport in Ostend
• Recently there also started a direct bus line from Brussels South Charleroi Airport to Bruges.

Bus: 

• 33 minutes to reach the Markt of Bruges with the bus, use bus lines 7 and 27.

Bike: 

• 14 minutes to reach the Markt of Bruges.
